Linda Eubanks-McClain was born and raised in Roxbury Massachusetts. She was a student at the Elma Lewis School of fine Arts and she graduated from Wellesley High School in the METCO program. She received her BA degree from Tufts University in Early Childhood Education and a Masters of Education in Curriculum Development/Management from Cambridge College.
Mrs. McClain resided in New Orleans for nearly ten years where she founded and directed a Children’s Community Theatre and Dance Company. She performed at the New Orleans Heritage Jazz Festival and the Apollo Theatre in New York City. She has been known as a Master Storyteller throughout the Boston area and in her travels to Jamaica, Ghana and Tanzania. Linda is a liturgical dancer, teacher, parent, grandmother and one whose heart is filled with the joy of promoting a positive legacy to young people.
